How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods via Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at hello@glowlexiakitchen.com if you need to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number by email within 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates can take 3-5 business days to appear after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, please contact us at hello@glowlexiakitchen.com.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days from the shipping date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive your items or a full refund.

Are your products high quality?
Yes! All our kitchen accessories are carefully selected for quality and functionality. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure every product meets our standards.
Do products come with instructions?
Most products include instruction manuals. Please note that some manuals may be in the manufacturer's language.
The color looks slightly different from the photo - is this normal?
Yes, slight color variations can occur due to different screen settings and lighting. This is normal and not considered a defect.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods displayed at checkout via Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.
In what currency are prices displayed?
Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Due to our fulfillment model, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
My item arrived damaged - what do I do?
Please contact us at hello@glowlexiakitchen.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
I received the wrong item - what do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us at hello@glowlexiakitchen.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve this immediately.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Swiss customers - right of withdrawal:
Swiss customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order (CO Art. 40d). Items must be unused and undamaged. Contact us at hello@glowlexiakitchen.com to initiate the process.
