REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Our Commitment
At Glowlexia Kitchen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to provide a professional solution.
2. Right of Withdrawal
🇨🇭 Swiss Customers In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO Art. 40d), customers in Switzerland have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Contact us at hello@glowlexiakitchen.com before the 14-day period expires.
- You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal request within 24 hours.
No physical return required: For hygiene reasons (kitchenware) and to minimize our environmental impact, we do not require you to ship the item back. If your withdrawal is valid, we will process a full refund without return.
Refund timeline for EU customers: We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your original transaction, at no cost to you.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will send a brand new replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
- Please email a photo or video of the issue to hello@glowlexiakitchen.com within 30 days of delivery. This verification is required to process your claim with our fulfillment partners.
- EU customers: this is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law, which provides a 2-year legal guarantee on all products.
4. Non-Delivery Protection
If your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframes, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment:
- 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 45 days from the shipping date
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 45 days from the shipping date
- 🇺🇸 United States / 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 45 days from the shipping date
- 🇦🇺 Australia / 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 45 days from the shipping date
- Other authorized regions: 60 days from the shipping date
5. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Processing time is usually 5–10 business daysdepending on your financial institution.
- EU customers: Refunds are guaranteed within 14 days of approval, as required by EU law.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Items damaged due to improper use or customer negligence.
- Orders refused at customs (the customer is responsible for local taxes/duties).
- Packages marked as "Delivered" by the local carrier but claimed lost or stolen (please contact your local post office).
⚠️ Note for EU customers: The above exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including your 2-year legal guarantee.
