1. Processing Time

All orders are handled with care and processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free International Shipping to all our customers. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

3. Our Responsibility (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), Glowlexia Kitchen is responsible for the delivery of your order until it is physically received by you. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund or free reshipment at no cost to you.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a personal tracking number. You can follow your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's link. We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery to your door.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Origin

To offer you the best prices and the latest kitchen innovations, our products are dispatched directly from our International Fulfillment Centers. This allows us to ship worldwide while maintaining high quality standards for every item.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your country's customs office may apply import duties or local taxes. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• 🇨🇭 Switzerland: Orders may be subject to VAT/customs fees depending on total value. We recommend checking with Swiss Post for the latest regulations.
• 🇪🇺 European Union: Prices displayed to EU customers reflect applicable taxes where required. Additional import duties do not apply for orders within the EU single market.
• 🌍 Other regions: Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

⚠️ Refusal of delivery due to customs fees does not entitle the customer to a refund.

7. Non-Delivery Protection

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes, you are eligible for a full refund or free reshipment:

• 🇨🇭 Switzerland / 🇪🇺 EU / 🇺🇸 USA / 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇬🇧 UK / 🇦🇺 Australia / 🇳🇿 NZ: 45 days from shipping date
• Other regions: 60 days from shipping date
